Every so often you come across a toy that leaves your little diva, fashion designer and/or fashionista jumping for joy, promising to keep their room clean for an entire year AND take out the garbage. Lucky for me, my daughter seems to have found her match.
Ms. B’s recent love affairs hail from Red Planet Group. She is accessorizing and diva-fying her clothes like nobody’s business with the Blingle’s Studio. It’s an awesome way to create stunning gem designs that she can stick on to anything from an mp3 player, phone, laptop, books and even her bedroom furniture. My eight year old loves all things sparkly, shiny and pretty. Blingle’s Studio allows her to create her own design over a template, then press the gems onto the glue sheet and just roll it. It’s easy to use with little adult supervision required. I of course, stick around to make sure she doesn’t over blingify things (yes, there is such a thing). Around the holidays, the kids love making cards for their friends who are celebrating and Blingle’s adds the perfect level of sparkle.
Once Ms. B is done accessorizing EVERYTHING, it’s off to soak her feet in the Orbeez Spa. The ultimate treat for her little feet. The tiny orbeez beads magically grow into squishy little bubbles when soaked in water. She can add perfume and ambient lighting before soaking her little toes. Add a bathrobe and some nailpolish and it makes for a great playdate activity, sleepover or simply giggly fun.
Finally, so that Little S doesn’t feel too left out, the kids had a blast with the Glitzi Globes. We love to collect snow-globes from places we visit in the winter. The kids were over the moon to create beautiful Glitizi Globes in literally just minutes. They just add their own characters, fill it with water and shake. The awesome showcase allows them to show off their creations with style. I love this because it was a great activity for siblings to do together without fighting (yes, rare, I know).
